# Carrier Report

## Use Case

Using this report, you can identify in which areas your logistics could improve, your position in the industry, and allow you to deep-dive into the reasons behind low performance.

##
space.vars.Report\_BCarrier
Report Features

This report is based on the delivery date of the parcel and calculations are done only for delivered parcels. It contains data for the last two years.

The filter at the top of the page allows you to observe the performance of your brand against the market for a defined time period by carrier, continent, country, region, and shop where parcels are being delivered.

## Overall Score Calculation

The core metrics show your overall score next to the industry score. Your overall score is calculated as the sum of your individual metrics score divided by the number of metrics.
