# Communications Report

## Use Case

Using this report, you can identify your position in the industry and in which areas your communication could improve.

## <code class="expression">space.vars.Report\_BCommunications</code> Report Features

This report is based on the creation date of emails. It contains data for the last two years.

The filters at the top of the page allow you to observe the performance of your brand against the market for a defined time period by message categories, carriers, country, region, and shops where communications are sent.

The top-level row shows your preconfigured industry and the core metrics of this report. This gives you an overview of your overall open rate compared to the industry open rate and the number of competitors that are in the industry.

Additionally, you can compare yourself against any industry of your preference by selecting **Other Industry** from the **Category** filter, and then choosing which industry you would like to analyze.
