# Campaigns Report

## Overview

Specific reports on your campaign statistics are available in Campaigns report to enable you to evaluate the performance of your campaigns.

You can use the charts and advanced filters available to review your campaign performance, gain better insights and identify areas of improvement.

## Purpose of the Report

This section provides some example questions and how specific reports can help you answer them to give insights into your data.

The first example question is: Which campaigns get more engagement from customers and are more often clicked?

This can be answered by going to the Campaigns report and viewing the "Campaign Click Rate" chart. By using the Campaign Name filter at the top of the page, you can visualize this by selecting specific campaigns or all your campaigns. This allows you to compare the percentage of campaigns that were clicked in emails that you sent out.

The second example question is: In which regions do my campaigns tend to perform better?

This can be answered by going to the Campaigns report and viewing the "Comparison of Campaigns Performance " table. By using the Dimension filter above the table, you can visualize this by country and region. This allows you to compare customer engagement (for example: open-to-click rate) and if there are any locations where campaigns perform better than others.

You can change the time period you would like to compare in the Date Range filter at the top of the page to see if engagement increases or decreases over time for your campaigns.

## Use Case

Using this report, you can understand which type of campaigns customers tend to engage with more. You can also see if campaigns catch the attention of your customers more at certain times of the year or in certain shops and regions.

## Campaigns Report Features

This report is based on the creation date of the campaigns. You can use the filters at the top of the page to display campaign information by date range, shop, campaign name, country, and message type.

The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report. This gives you an overview of campaign performance, including the percentage for open rates and campaign click rates for the current period for email campaigns.
