# Communications Report

## Use Case

Using this report, you can monitor hourly if your communications are being successfully delivered and if usage is being consistent with the usual behavior presented over the last seven days. You can also identify on the fly if a specific email type presents an unexpected change on its click rate or if these are being bounced.

## <code class="expression">space.vars.Report\_CTCommunications</code> Report Features

This report is based on the current day and at which time the last refresh of the data occurred.

The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report. This gives you an overview of email performance for today, including the total number of emails sent and the percentage for open rates and click rates.
