# Exceptions Report

## Use Case

Using this report, you can monitor which tracking numbers are having issues and their delivery has not been completed. You can also extract the list and check every tracking number in detail by making use of parcelLab or your internal tools.

## <code class="expression">space.vars.Report\_CTExceptions</code> Report Features

This report is based on the current day and at which time the last refresh of the data occurred.

The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report. This gives you an overview of the issues of parcels for today, including the total number that are in progress, at the warehouse, and parcels that might be late.
