### New Promise Insights

Optimize your delivery commitments to customers and ensure a realistic, yet efficient delivery promise with our improved Promise Insights.&#x20;

Using the Analytics report in the Promise module, you can identify key checkpoints where delays or inefficiencies may occur and determine if delays occur during warehouse processing or delivery. The report highlights instances where the announced delivery date may be overestimated, which you can use to determine if adjusting the promise date can offer a more competitive delivery time frame.
