### Payment Provider Integration

Integrated payments for returns lets your customers see and pay all return-related costs upfront during return registration. This provides an improved return experience by increasing clarity around refund deductions, while helping you recover return costs upfront.

Payment integration in the Returns Portal is currently only available if you use **Adyen** to process payments.

* The transition to the parcelLab App ([app.parcellab.com](https://app.parcellab.com/)) from the parcelLab Portal ([prtl.parcellab.com](https://prtl.parcellab.com/)) is now complete.
* The customer number is now displayed in the tracking details for returns as well as outbound trackings.

#### <i class="fa-comment">:comment:</i> Journeys

* Journeys can now be filtered by communication channel to make it easier to review and manage content across email, SMS, and webhook.
* Message types can now be duplicated, including all underlying messages, to enable quicker reuse of existing content across multiple shops.
* On-demand message records now include details on the status of the message send, providing a clear overview of the success rate for the sent message.

#### &#x20;<i class="fa-bullhorn">:bullhorn:</i> Campaigns

* Alt text can now be entered for banner images to ensure accessibility compliance.

#### <i class="fa-clipboard-list">:clipboard-list:</i>  Surveys

* Surveys are now embedded on the Order Status page so your customers can respond to the survey directly on the page for a smoother user experience.

#### <i class="fa-bag-shopping">:bag-shopping:</i> App Store

* Configuration forms for recipes now retain the form input, so that if any application errors occur, the entered data is saved in the form.

#### <i class="fa-link">:link:</i> **Connect**

* The parcelLab API v4 is now the default and recommended integration path for new integrations ([read the docs](/docs/developers/readme.md)).

* Fixed an authorization issue on public tracking links to ensure shared pages load correctly.
* Fixed a bug where the order status page displayed incorrect courier details for multi-order shipments.
* Resolved an issue that prevented entering decimal values when updating return fees.
* Fixed a bug where the message history did not load when accessing via a direct link and the short info did not display in message revision comparisons.
* Fixed an issue where zip code spacing was removed in exports to ensure search and export results match for formats like UK postcodes.
