Drive results with engaging campaigns

Deliver targeted and personalized messaging across key touchpoints in your post-purchase communications through campaigns.

Whether you're driving loyalty, sharing critical updates, or promoting seasonal campaigns, our Campaigns functionality helps you reach the right audience at the right time with minimal setup and maximum impact.

Best Practices

When configuring campaigns, it’s important to consider the following:

  • Evaluate how campaigns will resonate differently across communication channels and optimize the banner content accordingly

  • Set tracking stages on audience level or message types on campaign level but not together to avoid conflicts when displaying banners

  • Ensure priority levels are set to reflect the most important campaign’s visibility

  • Use the preview function for the chosen communication type to review your campaigns to confirm the banners display correctly

  • Duplicate campaigns and use the existing settings already in place in your new configurations (for example: if creating the same campaign for a different location)

  • Run A/B tests to determine which content, design, or timing delivers the best results.

  • Regularly monitor campaign performance and adjust based on metrics like engagement and conversions
