Request Multiple Labels
Enable your customers to request for and download multiple return labels directly in your Returns Portal.
Overview
You can display an option to request additional return labels in your Returns Portal on the return confirmation page. Customers can download a first label and have the option of requesting additional return labels if necessary. Additional return labels are linked to the original return process and are generated for the same carrier as the initial label.

When additional labels are requested, parcelLab handles the additional label requests as new return trackings. This enables tracking and communications for the additional return parcels.

For the feature to work, you need to do the following:
Provide translations for the text to be displayed (that is: header, button text and additional instructions).
Decide on how to handle the email communication for additional labels that are requested.
