Emails Report

The Emails report provides an overview of the performance of different email communications sent during the delivery process.

Use Case

Using this report, you can understand which type of emails customers tend to engage with more, recognize if unexpected behavior occurs over time for the click and open rate, and visualize the reasons why customers do not receive emails in case of bounces. You can also perform AB testing or include campaigns on emails and see which templates catch the attention of your customers most in order to increase the probability of a product purchase afterwards.

Emails Report Features

This report is based on the creation date of the emails. It contains data for the last two years.

The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report and the date the report was last refreshed above it. This gives you an overview of email performance, including the percentage for open rates, click rates, and bounce rates for the current period. It can be compared against a fixed previous period, which is based on the current period selected (for example: if the current period selected is 30 days, then the previous period used will be the previous 30 days from the current period).

Core metrics of Emails report

In addition, there is a funnel layout showing the number of emails sent and how many out of these are opened and then clicked.
