Claims Report

The Claims report can be used to monitor and analyze trends in delivery issues, assess carrier performance, and improve customer service processes.

Use Case

Using this report, you can identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. It helps your business identify common problems, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall delivery reliability.

Claims Report Features

This report is based on the claims date of the parcels and the calculations are done only for shipped parcels. Outbound and returns data are shown by default, which you can toggle between from the Return filter. It contains data for the last two years.

The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report and the date the report was last refreshed above it. This gives you an overview of the issues presented during the current period. It can be compared against a fixed previous period, which is based on the current period selected (for example: if the current period selected is 30 days, then the previous period used will be the previous 30 days from the current period).

Delivery Claims report metrics

More detailed charts are included in the Claims report to help you monitor your business performance related to claims.
