Overview
The Return Approvals dashboard is available in the parcelLab App for you to review newly added return requests submitted via the parcelLab Returns Portal. Each return registration is accompanied by images and customer-provided information relating to the return (for example: return reason), enabling retailers to approve or reject the request based on a thorough assessment. The dashboard also provides an option to leave returns pending approval for further review.
