The parcelLab App allows you to monitor all aspects of your post-purchase experience, containing key information about trackings, carriers, and communications.

Overview

Service is part of the parcelLab Engage product suite and allows your customer service teams to have full visibility over tracking information and communications sent to your customers so they can easily find and manage information related to customer queries.

It is contained within the App platform, which features an intuitive user interface that you can use to view and interact with the data available.
