Order Status Page Components
There are a variety of components you can use on your Order Status page with parcelLab to provide the best tracking experience for your customers.
Tracking Information Components
The tracking information components that can be included on the Order Status page are described in the following sections.
Header
The header is displayed at the top of the Order Status page and shows the order number and the number of deliveries grouped by their last status for each order when there is more than one delivery.

Checkpoints
The order status of the delivery (with the latest status shown first) is displayed on the Order Status page to show at which stage the order is in the delivery process.
For international deliveries, the order status of parcels with the last mile carrier is displayed in the list of checkpoints, as well as the handover event between the original carrier and the last mile carrier if this information is available.

The data on the Order Status page is automatically refreshed to provide the latest delivery updates, with an alert displayed if new checkpoint information is available.

Live Tracking Link
A live tracking link can be displayed on the left-hand side of the Order Status page and shows a tracking map of the delivery and the number of the order on the delivery schedule.

Prediction
The estimated date and time of the delivery can be displayed on the Order Status page to inform customers when their order is likely to be delivered.

Trending Late
The estimated probability of delay can be displayed on the Order Status page to inform customers about the likelihood of a delayed delivery for their order.

Next Action
The next action that is required for the delivery (for example: the delivery date has been set) can be displayed on the Order Status page.

Return Status
The return status of the package is displayed for returns on the Order Status page.

This component includes the following return types:

Return Tracking
The following information is displayed on the Order Status page when a return is submitted for a package in an order:
Link to a return status page to allow customers to track return shipments of an order
Link to download a return label if the customer provides their zip code
Link for customers to register additional returns if you use the Returns Portal

Reroute Link
A link to the order rerouting page on the courier’s website can be displayed on the Order Status page to allow customers to reschedule their delivery (if available).
This is displayed as a small label with a link and short description on the left-hand side of the page under the address box by default.

A large label with a link can be configured if required that displays on the right-hand side of the page under the checkpoints list.

Further Information
A link to the order details/tracking page on the carrier’s website can be displayed on the Order Status page.
This link will update to the last mile carrier’s tracking page from the original carrier when this is available for cross-border deliveries.

Marketplace Support
The status of the tracking for orders received from a marketplace vendor or dropshipment is displayed on the Order Status page. The status shows the name of the marketplace store handling the tracking and the checkpoint details displays the tracking number and carrier information (including a link to the carrier tracking page) as well if this data is available.

If the tracking number and carrier information are not available, a standard message is displayed in the checkpoint details instead to confirm it is a marketplace tracking and status updates can be received from the carrier if available.
