Registrations Report

The Registrations report provides an overview of the returns registered by your customers.

Use Case

Using this report, you can understand the rate of returns registered per order and why customers are returning items. From the data, you can monitor the rate of returns registered per order over time and identify the most common reasons for returns.

Registrations Report Features

The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report and the date the report was last refreshed above it. This gives you an overview of the return registration rate, the number of registered returns sent back to the warehouse and the rate of attempted returns outside the return window for the current period. It can be compared against a fixed previous period, which is based on the current period selected (for example: if the current period selected is 30 days, then the previous period used will be the previous 30 days from the current period).
