Delivery Report
The Delivery report provides an overview of the general performance of your logistics processes.
Use Case
Using this report, you can get an overview on a carrier, warehouse, country, and shop level about the number of shipped parcels, the percentage already delivered, the percentage dispatched on time, and carrier issues (for example: exceptions and autoreturns). You can also easily spot which of your designated carriers tend to underperform, if the reason of their performance is attached to a seasonal behavior or if they tend to underperform in specific regions of the world.
Delivery Report Features
This report is based on the first checkpoint event of each tracking. It contains information about all shipped parcels, some of which might not yet be delivered and are still in the delivery process. It contains data for the last two years.
The top-level row shows the core metrics of this report and the date the report was last refreshed above it. This gives you an overview of the number of shipped parcels and general statistics for the current period. It can be compared against a fixed previous period, which is based on the current period selected (for example: if the current period selected is 30 days, then the previous period used will be the previous 30 days from the current period).

More detailed charts are included in the Delivery report to help you monitor how well your logistics are performing.
