Use the Benchmarking dashboard to gain insights into how your brand's logistics and communications performance compares against the industry standard.
Overview
Specific reports on your carrier and communications performance are available in the Benchmarking dashboard.
You can use the reports to identify areas of improvement for your logistics and communications and measure how your brand compares within the industry. It also enables you to explore the root causes of any underperformance, providing valuable insights to optimize processes.
Purpose of the Reports
This section provides some example questions and how specific reports can help you answer them to give insights into your data.
The first example question is: Which of my carriers tend to present more issues compared to the market?
This can be answered by going to the Carrier report and clicking the icon next to the Exception Rate metric in the central panel.

This will display a detailed overview of exception rates in the industry and you can view the "Carrier benchmark" table to compare how your carriers perform against the market. By using the Metric filter above the table, you can extend the information in the table by selecting the country and regions you would like to compare for parcels with exceptions. This allows you to understand the exception rate of shipped parcels for your carriers against the industry average figures.

The second example question is: Which messages sent during the shipping process get the most customer engagement compared to the market?
This can be answered by going to the Communication report and viewing the "Your most engaging email types" graph. The visual indicators on the graph allow you to compare the click rate and open rate of specific email types against the industry average figures. By clicking the Ellipsis button above the graph, you can also select the Show as a table option to get an overview of the percentage of emails that were clicked and opened by your customers for particular messages.
