The parcelLab Order Tracking app enables you to easily connect your order data and integrate parcelLab's Order Status page in your Shopify store to provide your customers with timely delivery status updates and a fully branded experience.

Customer Requirements
For successful installation, the following requirements need to be met:
Shopify Admin access
parcelLab account
Installing the parcelLab Order Tracking App
This section describes how you can install the parcelLab Order Tracking app that is free to download from the Shopify app store.
To install the parcelLab app for Shopify:
Log in to Shopify.
Navigate to the parcelLab app’s listing page: https://apps.shopify.com/parcellab-engage
Click Install. The app is installed and can be found in your Shopify Admin under the Apps section.
Connecting Your parcelLab Account
This section describes how you can connect your parcelLab account to Shopify.
If you have a parcelLab account, but it is not yet connected to your Shopify domain, please contact your parcelLab representative with the following information:
Your parcelLab user ID
Your Shopify domain (for example: weareparkers.myshopify.com)
Your parcelLab account will be connected to your Shopify domain. After your parcelLab account is connected, you can proceed with connecting order data.
Connecting Order Data
This section describes how you can connect your order data from Shopify to the parcelLab system.
The order data connections transmit order data from Shopify to parcelLab when a customer makes an order and any time the order is updated.
To connect your order data:
Navigate to the Settings page for the parcelLab Order Tracking app in Shopify.
In the Order Data Sync section, click Install sync.
Your order data is now connected to the parcelLab system.
Installing the Order Status Page
This section describes how you can install the Order Status page.
The Order Status page displays order and delivery information to your customers from the point of order creation until delivery, giving them access to timely delivery updates and enabling you to provide them with a fully branded experience.
To install the Order Status page:
Navigate to the Settings page for the parcelLab Order Tracking app in Shopify.
In the Embed Order Status Page section, enter a slug for your Order Status page (for example: order-status).
Click Install order status page. A new page is created and a basic version of the Order Status page snippet is installed.
To customize your Order Status page:
Click Customize order status page in the parcelLab Order Tracking app.
The page opens in your Shopify Admin.
Here you can edit the snippet’s configuration and view the page in your shop.
The Order Status page setup is currently not persisted. This means that if you reload the Settings page of our Shopify app, the settings are not saved or displayed again.
The Order Status page itself is installed permanently and can be managed like any other page through Shopify Admin.
