Poshmark Integration

Easily list non-returnable items directly from your parcelLab Returns Portal on Poshmark.

Overview

The Poshmark integration allows your customers using the Returns Portal to list non-returnable items for resale on Poshmark. Returns Portal users can click on the Poshmark resale button, which links directly to Poshmark and generates a pre-filled listing from the product data.

The Poshmark integration is currently only offered in the United States and Canada, which are the regions where Poshmark operates.

Implementation Process

The following instructions explain the basics of editing your Returns Portal configuration to set up the Poshmark integration.

Extend return period

• Configure longer return windows so your Returns Portal remains accessible to customers where their items are ineligible for return (that is: refund or exchange) but can be resold on Poshmark.

If you have restrictions on items that can be resold on Poshmark, you can whitelist specific product tags or categories. This ensures that only the non-returnable items that are eligible for resale on Poshmark will display the Poshmark resale button.

Set article eligibility rules for non-returnable items

• Configure the non-returnable items feature by setting article eligibility rules for your Returns Portal.

Activate the Poshmark resale button

• In your Returns Portal configuration, enable the display of the Poshmark resale button.
