Emojis in Email Subject

You can use emojis in email subjects to engage with your customers further, and lead to higher open rates.

For further information, refer to the excellent overview produced by Campaign Monitor below.

Carrier GIFs

You can include carrier GIFs in your customer emails to provide a useful visual update on deliveries.

The following carriers are currently supported: DHL, DPD, Hermes, GLS, UPS, Austrian Post, Swiss Post, PostNord, Post.nl, USPS, Yodel, DHL Freight, Rhenus, and DB Schenker.

If a carrier is not currently supported, parcelLab can check whether integration is possible. For further details, please contact your parcelLab representative.

The carrier is automatically used based on the current shipment. You can include them simply with a placeholder depending only on their current status. Below are the three stages {{Dispatched/gif}}, {{Delayed/gif}} , and {{Delivered/gif}}.
