📦 Order Status Page

Display Article Brand

You can now display the brand of items purchased in the article list on the Order Status page using the articleBrand field, if you provide this data. This allows you improved configuration of your Order Status page and to show all relevant information regarding an item to your customers for orders consisting of products from multiple brands.

Force Majeure Status Model Update

A ForceMajeure exception event is now available in our status model to provide a specific exception for these types of delay (for example: extreme weather). This is part of an ongoing process to expand our status model to offer more granularity, allowing you to communicate clear updates to your customers on the latest status of an order.

Force majeure status updates will be visible on the Order Status page and in communications. These events will also display in the Portal for checkpoint updates in tracking details and in the Delivery Exceptions report of the Analytics module.

📣 Campaign Manager

  • Additional configuration is no longer needed to show campaign banners in emails (that is: the placeholders for standard banners and HTML banners are added to the top of the email content by default), meaning you can create, preview, and launch campaigns directly from Campaign Manager.

If you want to change the position of a campaign banner in emails from the default, please contact your parcelLab representative. For full details, see our campaign banners documentation.

  • Campaign banner clicks can now be tracked for HTML email campaigns when the {{generated/campaign/html_banner/html_with_analytics}} placeholder is included in email templates. This placeholder is also added by default when the campaign banner placeholders are added to emails.

🔗 Connect

  • A new marketplace field has been added to allow you to confirm whether a tracking is from a marketplace vendor or dropshipment via the /track API endpoint.

  • The same tracking number can now be stored for multiple user_ids to support marketplace and dropshipment setups, allowing all retailers to store the data in their system and track and communicate the journey of a shipment.
