New Features
📆 Promise
Promise Self-Service Configuration
We’ve introduced a dedicated UI in the Portal to manage your Promise configuration of carrier service levels, warehouses, and delivery methods. You can then seamlessly publish the setup and display promise dates in your web shop.

🛎️ Customer Service Portal
Claims Management
Our customer service portal has been updated with a new option to mark tracking records as claimed. This saves a timestamp and claims reason that can later be exported in order to assist with the claims process (for example: claiming lost/damaged shipments with the carrier).

📣 Campaign Manager
Message Type Selection
Campaign Manager users can now define the specific email messages (for example: Delivered) that campaign banners are displayed in, providing more control when setting up email campaigns.

🔄 Returns Portal
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet Integration
iOS and Android users can now store and manage their return QR codes natively if the carrier provides a QR code return option.

Global Returns Portal Selection
Retailers with multiple Returns Portals catering to different languages or countries can now configure a global login page for smoother user experience.

Request Multiple Labels
Need more than one return label? Your customers can now request for additional return labels (for example: in cases where an order was fulfilled in multiple shipments).

📊 parcelLab Portal
Numbers are now an accepted format in message names when configuring messages in the Portal.
🔄 Returns Portal
A return fee can now be set per carrier which is deducted automatically in Shopify and shown to your end-customers when they select a carrier.
Retailers using Shopify can offer gift cards as an alternative to refunds made to the original payment method.
The distance to the next drop-off location can be displayed on the carrier selection page for retailers using Happy Returns.
If a parcel locker requires a code for dropping off return parcels, this information can be displayed on the return confirmation page.
